The salesperson was very helpful and didn’t hard sell. He was very informative and gave us as much time as we needed. The shop was very clean and COVID safe.

I visited Dreams (Llantrisant) twice and Stuart the store manager (who processed the sale) and his colleague (Young male) were extremely helpful. The smart bed is genius but also they were very knowledgable too. You need both to build consumer trust and they did that very well. I went in looking for a bed type and left with a full purchase on all my bed items! Thanks Dreams team.
