We went twice, the first time we did the mattress test and found the prefect mattress, the sales assistant was absolutely lovely and even though she knew we weren’t going to purchase during that visit she couldn’t do enough to help us. 3 weeks later we went back to actually buy the bed and mattress that we had picked and again the person who helped us (the store manager) was lovely and incredibly helpful

Assistant was really helpful and very knowledgeable. No pressure to buy any products and a very safe environment with good hygiene practices and social distancing at all times.
