The member of staff that served me gave second to none customer service. I havnt received customer service like this for a very long time. I was served by Jocelyn and you should be extremely proud as she represented your company extremely well. Hats off to her. Extremely satisfied.

We went twice, the first time we did the mattress test and found the prefect mattress, the sales assistant was absolutely lovely and even though she knew we weren’t going to purchase during that visit she couldn’t do enough to help us. 3 weeks later we went back to actually buy the bed and mattress that we had picked and again the person who helped us (the store manager) was lovely and incredibly helpful
