The lady who helped us (I believe her name is Jo) was super friendly and made the ordering process so clear and easy for us! She made us feel very comfortable in store under the circumstances and made us feel like we made a friend! She was very friendly, very professional under the circumstances and gave us very helpful guidance on what to purchase. I had visited a different Dreams store 2 weeks prior in Cardiff and they didn’t offer to let us try out the mattress’ (understandable because of the virus) but made my decision harder on what mattress I wanted to try, Jo in the Talbot Green store let me try out the mattress’ in a safe way by laying down paper first and sanitising after I tried it out. She was really interested in helping myself out which I didn’t get the same effect from the Cardiff store. Thank you Jo, you were amazing help!!
