All of the staff in the store were extremely helpful and friendly. Stuart, the store manager who helped us with the purchase was very knowledgeable and patient with us when going through different mattresses and bed frames. The advice given to us on different products was not price driven at all but to our needs. The whole experience was very pleasant and not pushy from the sales team. Not to mention the COVID precautions in store was on point and we felt safe during the store visit trying different products. It was our very first experience with Dreams and we absolutely loved speaking to the 3 staff in there and we felt very relaxed and valued. Our products won’t be delivered until at least December but would definitely return in the future if everything goes smoothly!

Christopher who was sales incharge is very helpful and professionally dealt with us. He is patient enough to take us around and show different varieties of products in the store. Also offered water bottles maintaining social distance. I really appreciate his support.
