The delivery service let a lot to be desired.The time of delivery was forwarded to us numerous times and yet despite staying at home and preparing the actual delivery was almost 2 hours late. The delivery team when questioned could only respond with"Well we started late see love!"....An advance phone call advising us of this schedule would have been appreciated,the Dreams punctuality has soured the experience...Ironically,perhaps 'In Your Dreams' would be the ideal rider to add to advance delivery notifications...

First time I visited store received excellent service. But yesterday when making final payment on bed and purchasing mattress I felt I was not being given full attention to my needs. Was asked if I wanted a delivery date for mattress and I stated I would like it to be delivered same day as the bed stead. As the process of this purchase took so long I was a little confused. If you can check I emailed you last night to verify delivery date.when I purchased bed was told if I bought mattress as well I would receive free pillows. I asked the salesperson if I could still receive free pillows he stated I would have to ring customer services to apply for them.

The sales person was very pushy and smarmy. Appeared to be only interested in a sale and nothing else. Even my husband commented and he doesn't normally comment on things

Not a problem in store, I was given two delivery dates for the mattress for a Saturday delivery and a Monday delivery date for the base I had explained to your colleague in store lady called Jo I was selling my old bed and had to re arrange there collection by a week to accommodate your delivery at cost to me as I had put them out. Then I receive a text from you that delivery will not take place until a day later. So i am expected to sleep on the floor . I don’t think so. Then when I try to return your text it is not delivered. I am to say the least not happy in inverted comma’s. so now I have to go down to your store to get my money back and shop elsewhere extremely disappointed with outcome. A lot of wasted time and cost to me for nothing. I am 70 years old but that should not make a difference to the situation . Very frustrated

The goods have not arrived yet. It will then take at least 2 weeks to judge whether it is Value for money Satisfaction with quality

When I placed my order with the member of staff I asked would there be any free pillows with my order and the gentleman said yes after paying my bill he gave me the pillows . When I arrived home and checked my recipe I have been charged for the pillows I am so disappointed I will be back down to the store first thing in the morning to cancel my order I am within my right to so because it will be within the 48 hour window yours faithfully Mr T M Davies

I was satisfied with my experience in Dreams, mostly because the seller was very knowledgeable and friendly. He offered option that I ended up taking, provided sample of type of mattresses and he had a great overall attitude.

All staff and head office customer service is discusting, my order is still not sorted it's been changed a number of time, I have tried to cancel my order, I've been lied to be staff and I still have no bed, I would never ever in a million years shop in dreams store again if it was the only bed shop around very very unhappy and has caused a load of stress and upset

I did write to you last week, but have not had a reply. When the mattress came, it had a hole in it. I rang the store and was told I had to ring Halifax to customer services. The lady who served us showered us with, as I thought, gifts of four pillows, a duvet and a duvet cover. I certainly did not request these, she insisted they came with the mattress. I wanted a complete refund, I didn't want a replacement. I was told I would have to pay fifty pounds for the soft goods, which we have returned to Llantrisant and for which we are waiting for a refund. I didn't like the way I was spoken to by your staff, I'm afraid I lost my temper, I felt like a simple old age pensioner when one of the staff said I should realise there is no such thing as a free lunch. I wonder if I will have a reply to this. I feel very upset about it all.
