There was only one issue. I was on a short time scale, I had to wait for the contract to be processed. I understand that these things happen. The branch manager called the appropriate person straight away.

I was a little overwhelmed by the amount of information being aimed at me & didn't quite understand that a £45 product guarantee was added onto the price; I would not have taken it out had I known. The end price was a little higher than the original quote however given the choice I was pleased with my mattress. It would have been nice to have had a few more mid-range or budget items to try. Also despite asking that my details not be given out I notice that all of the boxes (telephone, mobile & email) have been ticked so that I will receive 'select information'. I'm not happy about that as I've spent months stopping calls! Despite unavoidable delays the delivery team were great, quick & efficient dealing with an awkward staircase. The only thing that might have improved thr experience with them would have been a quick call or text to say why they were running late.

We felt a little pushed into making a purchase but on the other hand although we haven't yet had the bed, we are very happy with our choice and really like the 40 nights comfort guarantee.

I had hoped that delivery would be possible in less than 3 weeks, but this was not so. We even left the shop to look elsewhere, but my son wanted the bed we'd seen in Dreams. I tried looking online to see if I could have it delivered earlier, but your website doesn't allow you to see delivery times before making a purchase, so I was forced to live with the delivery date suggested by the store. It seems ridiculous to have to wait that long.

The mattresses are being delivered on the 15th but we are still waiting to know when the bed frame and head board will be delivered. Factory abroad and not sent to the UK yet

I don't think I said I was dissatisfied. Just neither satisfied or dissatisfied.

The customer assistant was quite pushy and did not let us browse when we asked but carried on dragging us from bed to bed focused on getting us the cheapest bed without actually asking us what our requirements were (she already knew we wanted a storage bed but nothing else)

The assistant Chris was very pushy and rude. I told him that I was going to check the room size and return and he was very unhappy to see me leaving the store not having purchased the bed. I then returned to buy the bed but after the first time I went to view the bed I was very unwilling to return

(a)the way the bill is set out (b)the total price was differant to what i expected.
