Because Chris was patient whilst I asked for time to decide at various stages of my transactions.

Both colleagues were with other customers when we arrived but both made us feel we were important even though we had a little wait ( not very long). They told us we could browse and were clear on Covid guidelines regarding touching items whilst not with a staff member. As soon as able the staff member joined us and was extremely polite and helpful. By this time we had already found the product we thought we wanted but the staff member listened to our specific needs and offered a couple of alternatives. The item was in stock and delivery was free and would take place in just a few days

The service was good, we were the only people in the store so no issues with social distancing. Hand gel was available but a bit runny. Water bottle also available which was a nice touch as weather hot.

We were served by Jo and she was amazing. We used the sleep machine and Jo showed us the mattress that most suited us. She was very friendly knowledgeable about all products. Stuart looked after my dad as he wanted a new mattress. Stuart was friendly, accommodating and patient with my hard of hearing dad. From the moment we walked in I was very happy with all the COVID19 measures in place and we were even offered a free bottle of water. What a lovely touch. I like each bed was sanitised after being used. Your Llantrisant store staff are a credit to your company.
