One of the assistants said he wasnt sure about of a lot of the products, but he would find out. Then he just stood there and looked at me without finding anything out. In particular, a set of draws which clearly didnt come with the bed he asid he "doubt" they came with the bad. He also wasnt sure about the delivery procedure. I explained all of my concerns, and that due to the amount of money I was about to spend "doubt" wasn't a good enough response

At this time I have yet to receive my mattress so can't give a complete response. Please note, the delivery has not been delayed.

The service we recieved was great however I am disappointed at how the branch manager Lynn spoke to the lady who was serving us. She was new and made a few mistakes and was dismissed and dealt with by Lynn in an impatient manner.

I was told that if I came back to place an order I would be offered a good deal. When I returned the following day I had £50 off the price which I don't think is a "Good Deal". Also I was told the total cost of the bed and mattress but when I asked for a breakdown I was told I had a cover policy on the mattress which I didn't want and the delivery and assembly charge wasn't explained to me. With the cover policy for the mattress, if I had taken that out I would have received a free mattress cover worth £40! How can you say it's free when your paying for the cover anyway.

The mattress leaflet had different product names to those that were on display. The assistant said the one displayed was made 'slightly different' to that in the leaflet. I quizzed him and he said that it was how the company flipped the sale each month. So it was essentially the same product with a different name

I was highly satisfied with the quality of service. As with any high price purchase there is always room for increased satisfaction regarding price. Staff were very friendly and I was impressed with how quickly you could deliver. Only problem is you are not able to narrow down delivery slot time... most other companies are able to specify at least am or pm.

i have to wait 20minutes for a assistant to be able to help me as only one person serving in store and they were busy with another custmer i did not like hanging around waiting
