Whilst being very happy with the service and attention from the sales assistant, I was a little concerned that, upon purchasing an expensive Tempur mattress, which currently has a 100 night sleep guarantee promotion, at no point was it explained that to qualify for the guarantee, the mattress needs to be used with a protector fitted. It was only by reading through the promotion card provided that I found out this information, after placing my order and having left the store. Two points being a missed opportunity by the store to sell me another product, but also, I would have been extremely unhappy, should I have been outside of the terms of the Tempur guarantee promotion, by not fitting a protector, which may have prevented me swapping the mattress for another, more suitable one should I need to.

As I'm owed a mattress topper as they were out of stock which I don't have a problem with but I was told I was going to be rung and said when they were in stock and I haven't received that call yet and that was 4 days ago

The assistant was very helpful and also helped us to calculate monthly payments that would be within our budget to then show us which beds we could go for.

The instore customer service seemed rather condescending seeing me, a young girl alone I feel they did try and take advantage of my lack of knowledgex

No Problem with the Staff at the store. Could not be bettered. The Staff (all of them were spoken to/with during the course of the visit). They are all a credit to the company. They were knowledgeable; well trained; approachable and friendly. Appeared interested in what one was saying and gave the distinct impression that YOU (as in 'the customer'), mattered! The Problem is over the cost of the item, which I acknowledge is not the fault of the staff. Indeed they were as helpful (or at least appeared so), as it was possible within their remit.
