Wben paying for the bed, the system didn't take 20% discount off the bed & I had to inform the assitant of the correction. We were also telephoned a few days to say that our order had to be deleted & re-entered resulting in a 3 day delay to delivery

The bed base that was displayed had a 3 week delivery time, that for me at least is too long,

I was satisfied. The sales assistant was very good, even staying late to help us place our order. However the pressure which was induced to make a decision by the end of the sale made it more stressful than need be.

Been to two stores one confusion over price quoted so went to another had second thoughts when I was told I had to put a scissors in the material. Was then told because I had put my card details in in I couldn't get my money back (had not actually signed at this stage).

Chris who served us was very good, I think he was quite new. It seemed a bit of a bother when he needed assistance because the manager just sat at her desk playing on her mobile phone. When I asked to use the ladies I saw another assistant sat at a table also playing on her phone. I don't think it gave a very professional or friendly impression.

I was satisfied with my experience. To be highly satisfied would mean perfection and all mattresses beds etc would be in stock.

Could have purchased a similar (but not exact) product elsewhere but the Dreams store is far more convenient being on our doorstep.

The colleague in store was very keen that we return to fully pay for the product as soon as possible telling us not to come the following day (bank holiday Monday) as they would be very busy. We therefore returned to store the same day and paid the full £999.99. A couple of days later the same product was offered at £899.99.

I was highly satisfied with the experience at the store. The delivery drivers let the whole xperiencendown by putting a cracking in my wall when carrying the bed upstairs.
