When I used the i/net to search Dreams for the items I wanted it clearly showed the item in stock. When I went to the store to view and order the item (Wood bed frame and mattress, the item was out of stock and delivery extends to the end of November. If it was not for the fact that our son is seriously ill and needs the item I would have gone elsewhere to try and reduce delivery time. `Poor show Dreams.

Im blind & had to rely on extra help which the assistant provided but it was very buzzy & very hot in the store which made me uncomfortable which was not the assistants fault but it spoilt my experience at this time at the store

In Store Christopher was intentive and looked after us both well, offering refreshments etc. The order was taken and delivery is going to be prompt. However on arriving home I realised I did not use my forces discount 10% off. I rang the store to see if this could be tsken off retrospectively, no one answered phone so I left a message with my number on and explained the issue, but unfortunately I have recieved no phone call to explain if thas was achievable. So I am slightly disappointed with the lack of communication once the sale had been completed.
