Very expensive Also I told salesman what I wanted and he continued to try to up-sell me. He never once told me how much my bill was, even booking my delivery slot and asking for my card before telling me price. I went in with rough idea of what I wanted but he’d convinced me to go for ottoman base bed not drawers and that highly increased price and he never once told me.

The only thing that the sales advisor didn't do was to give my Dad a green bag to recycle his old mattress & he had to make another trip to the store to pick one up, & considering that you charge £25 for this service it should have been the first thing they do.

The sales person Garry was lovely. Very good. Just wished our items could be delivered quicker than 4 weeks.

Highly Satisfied is a very high acclaim to reach for all aspects of a very large purchase. Although we ended up purchasing a high quality product it also came at an equally high price.
