The length of time for delivery

Difficulty trying to match beds to the test simulation. We found it also difficult selecting on a visit which was going to be the correct choice. There were a few beds that suited our Test results but there was a big variation between them. This is a personal decision that had to be made that the assistant could not assist with. We believe we've made the correct decision but time will tell. Unfortunately delivery will take 3 weeks.

Never state “Highly Satisfied” as there is always room for improvement. The store was very clean and staff were very helpful. Your product will be delivered on Tuesday, and tested that night. Any comments will be noted then and forwarded to the store.

We ordered a product through Feather & Black originally which was delivered through Dreams and came damaged which was subsequently sent back. We looked to see if we could swap it for a Dreams bed as the companies are linked however this was not available
