Good information and no pressure sale tactics

Dhaval was very friendly, had knowledge of the product and did not push us to buy anything. I feel that this is highly important that the customer is not pushed into purchasing a product. He also got us to test all of the beds to make sure we were able to tell the difference and what was comfortable. I am looking forward to the bed being delivered.

Quick friendly assistance

Staff were friendly and approachable giving helpful service in a relaxed approach. They were considerate of our young son with us and we didn't feel pressured to make a purchase as we have felt at previous stores.

Very helpful and friendly service from Barri the sales rep. No pressure to purchase there and then, we went away and had a coffee and decided to return and order, even though we were offered a coffee in store prior to leaving!!

Found what we wanted immediately, right price, right t&c

The Store Assistant was extremely helpful explains everything about the products. We originally visited the store to browse the goods we were seeking to purchase but with the help of the Assistant we decided to return to the store after carrying out measurements of our room on the same day.

Dreams colleague enabled us to find a solution to a problem we had re access to bedroom for the mettress size we wanted. He promoted the advantages of a product we had not, previously considered. Explained the specification of the product in such away that it allowed us to overcome previous prejudices with the product.

Assistant was very informative, friendly, yet professional, very impressed with the 40 day exchange if not fully satisfied.
