The sales person was very friendly and helpful and knew quite a lot about the products in the showroom, we went there to take a look and didn't know too much about the product we bought, so don' t know if we paid over the odds or not. Hopefully we will be happy with our purchase

Lynne greeted us with a welcoming manner as soon as we entered the store, she also let us know that she was there if we needed any assistance but didn't pressure us at any point. She was very helpful and knowledgable when we were choosing our base and mattress. Overall we were very impressed with the service on what was only meant to be a visit to gather some information. So impressed we felt we didn't need to leave and perhaps come back, so because we felt we could trust Lynne we decided to buy there and then. Thank you.
