Bari, the sales person was very helpful, knew the products really well, spent a lot of time with us helping us to make the right discussion. Our order is being delivered within 4 days of the ordering, and was given a couple of choices for delivery. Both sales people understood that buying a new bed and getting the right product is important, and found them both very helpful.
