It is bamboozling trying to choose a new mattress but the sales assistant guided us smoothly through the process, helping us to select what truly suited us best. We left the store as happy shoppers!

hi...was my first visit to the store....still the staff friendliness n support n unity among themselves impressed me, that resulted in a big purchase of nearly 1800 pounds.still waiting to go there to do further shopping for my new house..we were asked to lay down on every bed as that was the real method of deciding the bed of our choice.i was a bit uncomfortable to do so in the beginning, but the staff made me comfortable by saying they often speak deal with their customers in bed.that was a remarkable experience n my 2 kids enjoyed the game that they wanted to try every bed n was with us all the time.Lynne was the person who helped me throughout the purchase suggesting the products which ultimately became my choice of comfort.thank u Lynne n thank u Dreams for bringing my dream of perfect home true.

I was very satisfied at dreams in Llantrisant as we were accompanied around the store by Lynne. Lynne was very polite as she went through the beds that to her knowledge would suit us best, as I'm smaller than my fiance I find the storage beds hard to put down but Lynne went through ways of lifting and collapsing the lift inside the store and made sure that I was comfortable lifting before we purchased. Buying the bed was quick and easy, and got a delivery day within minutes and very soon. Lynne was very helpful in going through all the details that we needed clearly and made sure that we understood before signing anything. We are very happy with our experience and will definately be coming back next time around and will recomend dreams to any of our family and friends.

Lynne, the Manager, was extremely helpful, respectful and very patient. Very knowledgable about the product we were interested in, she answered all our questions confidently and provided additional information which helped in reaching a decision. It was not a 'hard pitched' sales approach, which we appreciated - we took our time and did not feel rushed at any point (we were there for over an hour!) and she gave us 'head space' to think and discuss our options. Our intention from the onset was only to browse but we ended up making a purchase!

The experience was very quick and easy. The assistant was both friendly and professional. She was also very knowledgeable. The availability was excellent and so was the quick delivery that I needed.

The information available was in line with what I required. I was not pressured into buying a bed that was above what I needed. I was given a choice of what was suitable and able to make an advised choice in a relaxed non pressured manner.
