Nicola assessed what we were looking for and took us to the relevant items straight away. She explained the difference in each of the items and made our selection easy. Once selected the order was processed quickly. It transpired that during the placing of the order the wrong product was selected. Nicola telephoned us immediately to check and the order was rectified immediately with no change to the delivery date. She was pleasant and courteous at all times

Staff were very friendly and not to pushy which I liked, the man who dealt with me (Barri) was very nice and very helpful. He was very patient with me as this was my first mattress purchase. All in all 10 out of 10!
