Your instore colleague Chris was extremely helpful with all aspects of the sale. He was very friendly and well informed about the bed I was interested in. He explained all the options available and checked the bed fitted the measurements I had taken. During the sale I changed my mind a few times about different aspects of the order and Chris was only too happy to accommodate these changes. Top marks for customer service.

Helpful staff & easy purchase

The Assistant who helped us was friendly, knowledgable, and not pushy. We were encouraged to try out the beds and then left to think about them. We look forward to delivery and hope to be able to speak well of our purchase.

We were highly satisfied as the store was well laid out with a lot of choice and the colleague Chris greeted us and explained the various color coding of products which was easy to follow. He was very pleasant and had a great knowledge of all the products and was extremely helpful getting various pillow selections for us to try on numerous beds. We had called to the store earlier but had to leave to collect our son. We were pleased with the service given and returned later to complete our purchase which Chris had ready waiting for us but ensured that we try the bed again to be sure it was right for us. A good retail experience.
