The sales man, chris, knew exactly what he was talking about, he spent time ensuring we found everything suitable for our needs, he encouraged us to lay on beds, try with pillows etc which ultimately led to our purchasing the items we did, he used his own experiences to advise which I always feel is a nice touch, we had our 8 month old daughter with us and he tailored his advice to account for her aswell (despite it not being her bed :)) which to me shows he was aiding us as individuals not just using the standard selling method that can be so generic. Finally a simple thing such as an offer of a cup of tea on what was such a miserable wet and windy day really made the time and experience spent in store a very pleasent.

Rebecca who served me was outstanding she is an asset to your company and the service I received was one of the best I have had great customer service the shop was spotless and well later out would definitely come back to use your store if it wasn't for you staff member who served me don't think I would have purchased at the time I did Many thanks One happy customer

Lynne our advisor was very helpful and explained the different options available to us. We were really impressed with her knowledge.

Assistant was very warm and friendly with an excellent knowledge of the products. She was able to offer sound advice to aid our purchase.

The sales person was very helpful and explained all questions asked. Without being pushy or trying to make us by the dearest products in the store She was willing to spend A lot of her time with us even though we took quite a while to make a decision.

Rebecca was very friendly, helpful and approachable, she listened to our requirements well. Very satisfied with the service. We won't know if the bed and mattress is suitable as we haven't taken delivery yet but the returns policy is very reassuring especially as we spent a substantial amount of money!

Welcoming friendly staff, explained the difference between beds and usage in a language we could understand. Showed interest in us and gave us the space and time to try the beds out.
