I visited the store with my son, looking for an ottoman bed. Chris the store assistant was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He was professional. It was near to closing Chris did not rush us, he went the extra mile. I also intend buying a mattress I will certainly return to purchase from this store again.

What more can I say, my wife and myself were treated with respect and civility, and afforded every curtesy

On entering the store I remarked to my daughter how well set up it was, my daughter and my 4 yr old grandson were with me, the assistant ,I can't remember his name but I hope he won't mind me saying that he was a large man, offered us a drink we declined, let us wander a try out the beds and he also interacted with my grandson Evan who is a very chatty child , I picked my mattress and went to the pay desk,all the time my grandson did not shut up but the gentleman took it all in his stride, I would visit that store again as I did not feel under pressure to buy and the service was excellent , thank you .

Mike who assisted us had a wealth of knowledge about the product and was very curtious and helpful. Also very patient!

Obtained much information during online live chat prior to visiting store. No waiting & salesperson very knowledgeable about all products. All questions answered before making choice.

The high speed of sevice and the friendly attitude of the staff.

We were not at all sure which type of mattress would suit our needs so we were very pleased with the knowledge and style of communication from the salesman, Chris. We do not like to be `smothered` by attention from sales personne when shopping l and I felt Chris judged this well.

I went in, Rebecca asked if I was ok & did I need help so I told her what I wanted, she took me straight to the product & advised me. No time wasted, good product knowledge & I'm really happy!

The gentleman that served me was extremely helpful and polite and nothing was too much troulble
