Very welcoming as soon as I walked into the store. Jo was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. Asked whether we would like a bottle of water as it was as hot day. Social distanced properly with protection where needed. Very fast service when going through with the order. 10/10 would recommend to a friend/family member.

Salesman was welcoming and friendly. He took time to find outwhat we were looking for and showed us a selection of mattresses and explained the differences I them.

Knowledgable assistant in store who quickly recognised our needs and arranged us to experience related products. He was friendly and did not push a particular product but allowed us to make our informed choice.

Good choice of products, Jo who assisted us was extremely helpful, not pushy at all. All the staff were very safety conscious so we were not allowed to walk near other customers which I though was great. Excellent customer service yet again.
