The assistant that helped us, Chris, took the time to try and understand what we were looking for. He explained different options and products that suited our likes and worked with us to discount the ones that didn't match. We left having bought a bed and a mattress, both of which we are hoping will be great for our needs.

Lynne, store manager very knowledgeable about what we required and guided us through every question we asked her. A very relaxed and gratifying experience.

The employee, Micheal, was polite and helpful and did not use any pressurized selling techniques. He was willing to go the extra mile, the extra foot, the extra half-inch to answer all our questions and cater to our wishes.

The store manager that assisted us was very helpful & friendly. She was very knowledgable of the products she was selling & helped a great deal with us waiting on us to receive the keys for our new house & delivery of the products we purchased

The whole process was easy and the 20% off deal at the time really swung the deal as well as the customer service from Rebecca

Asma is a very good person. She was very helpful and helped us wherever she could. She was one of the reasons I went back to that particular branch. Her manager was also very accommodating

Rebecca was very helpful, she approached us quickly and kindly to see if we needed any help. She first showed us many mattress options and stayed away from Spring mattresses as we requested. She also quickly found out that we prefer a soft mattress as we were unsure. When we decided on the mattress we liked, she then went onto different types of beds. She showed us several beds and had great knowledge of the features and benefits. We then narrowed it down to two beds that we liked where she offered a price comparison of the two with mattress included, this was very helpful as we knew exactly how much it was going to cost. She then did a delivery date comparison and found out we could have one delivered in just three days. We were all amazed by the excellent service. Also we were told the bed we had chose had matching bedside draws and we will be returning to purchase them in the near future. Overall Rebecca made our visit to your store very enjoyable and made buying a bed fun and not boring. she was very patient with us as she helped us for over 1 hour and we didn't feel pressured into making a decision quickly. Rebecca is a credit to your store at llantrisant.

Easy to deal with

We were greeted on entering the store, we told the assistant that we just wanted to look around for a short time before we were approached and asked if we needed any help.we told the assistant about a model of bed we had seen on the Internet. Although that model wasnt in store she showed us the model on a display.we found the assistant very helpful.

I must say the staff at the store where excellent both of them. They helped me with everything I needed even the problem that we have had with our last order which was very upsetting but thanx to your staff at dream llantrisant I ordered again so this will be my third order with them I would just like to say thank you very much to u both you have two fabulous members of staff there
