The assistant was very helpful, volunteered information without having to be asked and was very polite.

We purchased a mattress at this store in November 2016 - Rebecca was extremely helpful then so we decided to go back to purchase a bed and a mattress last month. Once again, the service in the shop was excellent. We were welcomed into the store and offered a drink (very nice touch!!). Rebecca and her colleague once again listened to our needs and we came away very happy. Rebecca is a credit to your store - she is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable - on our first trip she explained how the colour system works and led us to beds that she thought would best suit our needs. We have already recommended the store to friends and family and will definitely return ourselves.

We only popped in for a look but the prices and products that were on offer were very good so we ended up buying there and then

The staff were very friendly and allowed us plenty of time to test each mattress to determine which one suited us best, they were very patient and informative and thouroughly explained the service plan and terms and conditions before purchase.

we were highly satisfied with your store in Talbot green. not only was it clean it was all laid out very well my husband is disabled and he didn't have any problems walking around your store. Not only that the staff were all friendly and very helpful especially Rebecca that dealt with us today. I would certainly recommend the store to my friends and family.

pleasant and friendly service

Colleague missed the mattress extended warranty off order so had to go back to store but genuine mistake. Store phoned helpline who promised a call back to arrange but they haven't called us to arrange so a bit frustrating to say the least
