Went in explained what i needed and was taken straight to it. Price difference between each product was explained and so was the different firmness categories. Very clear and precise.

The colleague who assisted us was very knowledgeable and helped us make a good choice of a mattress perfect for our needs. She was very friendly without being 'pushy', and really knows about beds. We were very impressed with her and our visit was very pleasing indeed. Would recommend (in fact already have done) to family and friends.

Unlike another store we visited, the assistant explained the colour coding of mattress types. She went around with us explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the various ones we tried.

We were asked straight away if we wanted help, and Lynne gave us information about our requirements immediately. She was very helpful and patient with us, and help us make a decision. She also informed us about other options we could have for payments, delivery, insurance etc. We were very impressed.

Rebecca was extremely helpful and friendly with a good knowledge of the beds and mattresses, which helped in my final decision.

I more or less knew what I wanted & my price range so I was guided to the beds that met my criteria and I was then able to choose, base, draws, mattress & headboard. I took advantage of 10 month interest free credit too.
