My salesman was very professional, friendly, knowledgable and at no time did a feel pressured in anyway in buying the most expensive bed in the shop ! I have already recommended the bed, the sales man and the store to three friends.

Friendly and helpful service when needed and allowed to browse freely receiving assistance from stafff when necessary thus allowing time to look at the recommended products.

From the moment I stepped into the store the staff were extremely friendly and professional. They did not rush me and let me lay on numerous beds to get a good feel of the comfort. They were helpful with their knowledge of all the mattresses on offer.

We were able to find exactly what we wanted for a divan base almost immediately on entering store thanks to the knowledge of Amy our sales assistant and she was able to steer us through the various options we then had for a suitable mattress comfort level and allowed us sufficient time to make a considered decision . She also pointed out various other things we should take into consideration when making our choice , which in all honesty we hadn't thought of but can see were necessary if we were to purchase items that were to our satisfaction .

the sales man , was very good at describing all the different qualities of the beds I was looking at , and I was very emotional as I was replacing our old bed in time for my husband to start chemotherapy . I didn't tell the sales man, and didn't need to , he was so good at explaining things to me , it made it so much easier for me to make a choice . and then he also arranged delivery on a date that was convenient, all in all He gave excellent services , and I was so pleased

The lady who helped us, Amy was brilliant. She was friendly, listened to what we were looking for, and was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped us find what we were looking for. During our visit we found out that she was new to the job. We were both shocked due to the high level of service we received from her.

Really felt like Chris was interested in us getting the best value for money. Very friendly.

The assistant Christopher was very helpful throughout my visit.

Rebecca, provided a very friendly and helpful service. She was onhand to answer any of my questions and demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the product I purchased. She offered refreshments and gave me appropriate space and time to consider my purchase.
