Staff (Lynne) was very helpful. Took the time needed to talk to us and gave us private time to talk to each other. not over bearing but very knowledgeable.

Very impressed with the colleague, Rebecca, who talked us through all the options available and dealt with us very professionally.

The sales assistant asked the appropriate questions to enable us to make our own decision on the type of bed, pillows and mattresses required, as well as encouraging us to try the products to ensure that our requirements were fulfilled. She explained the differences in the types of mattresses, their components etc., in a manner that is easily understood and after trying them, found it quite easy to eliminate the products that did not meet our requirements, thus, finding those that did. Her knowledge of the products on sale was excellent. All this was done in a friendly, non-rushed, non-pushy way. ALl of the staff in the shop were helpful, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.

We were treated with respect and Lynn listened to what we wanted and did not push the sale on us. We have bought our last two beds from dreams and must admit this one one of the best experience we have had. Thank you to all the staff. You made our purchase a pleasure and not a chore.

we were extremely satisfied with the welcome when entering the store we were greeted by the manageress Lynne who offered us a tea or coffee which put us immediately at ease, and also the friendliness of the other staff we met on our tour of the store. Lynne then quizzed us as to our needs and then, after furnishing us with pillows, proceeded to show us all of our options in the different price ranges of our requirements. Lynne was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of frames and mattresses, and was very helpful in enabling us to come to a satisfactory conclusion on which products to choose. She was also helpful in helping us with accessories such as bedding mattress protectors etc., and made the purchase and paperwork of our items painless and friendly. I will highly recommend Dreams to family, friends and colleagues, and commend Dreams in the training of their staff, and in this case their managers as Lynne is this stores manager. We dealt with a lady called Rebecca who was extremely knowledgable, very accommodating and easy to speak to. She was polite and very helpful in every way! She dealt with our order swiftly and effectively.

The assistant was very good in that she would give us advice on a product but then go away to allow us some privacy to try and to discuss the product. This made us feel at ease, in past experiences we have been followed by assistants which make you feel under pressure and afraid to discuss your true opinions.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were served by Annmarie we wanted a mattress, we were shown a selection and their difference explained fully, we were encouraged to try them out and made to feel at ease. She was helpful and knowledgable it was all very good.

We were looking for a new bedroom Chris was very helpful and knew about all items we were interested in. We only went into the store just to look but we were very pleased with the care we had we decided there and then to buy our new bedroom

The Shop assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and just made the shopping experience unstressful especially when buying a bed for a teenager. We have never bought from Dreams before and I will be going back for sure.
