Your store in Llantrisant ticked all bases, managing the present rules concerning Covid is not easy however your staff were very helpful, Chris who dealt with us was greatl, he was not to pushy was able to answer all queries, give us all details on the sales on offer, this was a great help as we only called in to browse but when Chris explained all the your sales offers and give us time to digest we decided there and then to purchase a divan set . your mattress testing was really useful great. Thank you for a good personal service Chris.

Friendly, knowledgeable, not too pushy, understanding

The quality of the help we received from the staff was great. We were not intending to buy a mattress that day but were reassured by the knowledge and helpfulness of Chris and Mike. They did not pressure us and allowed us to take our time choosing and assisted us at every step. Brilliant service!

Outstanding customer service & rapport by the Store Manager of the Dreams store in Llantrisant. Friendly, enthusiastic but realistically sensible in his approach to selling the items. Excellent knowledge of bed specifications. Very very impressed. Spent 30mins max instore, from body scan on bed to sampling certain mattresses to ultimately placing an order. Very efficient and impressive.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and adhered to social distancing protocols . Was a quick and easy experience in placing an order.
