Anne Marie and her manager offered first class service. Not pushy at all but informative and knowledgable. Offered great assistance on what we wanted and didn't try and sell us anything we didn't want. Matched any other store and more.

We were assisted by Chris (278) he was very informative and professional without being pushy (pushy sales people put me off buying) I went in for a look around I was considering changing my daughters bed. I purchased 2 gorgeous beds 2 mattresses and 2 Tempur pillows. Thank you Chris for your help

THE SHOP WAS QUIET AND I HAD THE UNDIVIDED ATTENTION OF THE ASSISTANT. HE WAS FRIENDLY BUT NOT PUSHY AND I HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO TRY THE MATTRESSES AND MAKE A DECISION. I WAS OFFERED A DRINK BUT DECLINED IT. ALL THE PRODUCTS WERE EXPLAINED THOROUGHLY BUT NOT TO THE POINT OF BEING ANNOYING.

Lots of advice given when trying to choose a bed. Time taken to explain the differences between mattress and encouraged to try different types of mattress. Very friendly welcoming staff. Balloons given to our son to keep him entertained and also colouring books and toys helped make his time in the store less boring. Hot and cold drinks offered when looking at beds and again when sat down to start on paperwork. All felt very welcoming.

Staff were friendly,knowledgeable,helpful and polite they did all they could to help us get what we wanted and within our budget.

The customer service we received was excellent and the mattress was delivered as stated on text messages. Friendly and efficient delivery service too.

We needed 2 beds but was unsure where to start.which mattress, style, her A very friendly and helpful store member called Anne Marie, she helped us with the style, our storage requirements (Pull out shelves or ottoman), the size because we have an unusual shaped bedroom, the mattress type and bed finish.
