The salesman was friendly without overpowering and pushy, made us feel welcome, very professional and approachable at the same time. Would definitley return to Dreams in the future and would recommend.

The staff were brilliant

I was welcomed to the store by Rebecca and allowed to spend time trying different types of mattress. I was offered coffee. The purchase went through smoothly and the terms and conditions were explained well. The hire purchase was arranged easily.

Polite assistant very helpful

We purchased our bed and all accessories from the Talbot Green store. The assistant was extremely helpful and did not pressure us into making a decision i believe her name was Anne Marie. she was also very down to earth in her manner which made us feel so much more comfortable.

All members of staff were very friendly & professional. They didn't pressure us to buy. They were very knowledgeable with the products & had a great sense of humour. We entered the store just to have a look at mattresses with no intention of buying on that day. We had a budget of around 6 or 7 hundred. We ended up spending £2,500 due to the excellent product range and knowledge from the sales team. We are highly satisfied with our purchase. We went to the shop next door and bought a nice big box of biscuits and took them back to the store as a gift for the sales team. Would highly recommend going to the store to friends & family.

Assistant was interested in what we were looking for and what price range. We were given the opportunity to test several types of mattress/beds and encouraged to be open about how comfortable we felt with the product. We felt completely at ease and didn't feel pressured.
