The sales assistant Chris was very knowledgeable, he was professional and pleasant. He knew his stuff and made our decision very easy. The new machine you have to help identify what mattress suites your body posture requirements is fab, this also helped us decide. I would recommend dreams for this reason. You may not know what you are looking for in a new mattress or bed.

Because the gentleman who served as were very very helpful couldn't do enough for us and we bought one bed and base and 1 king size mattress xx

Lovely member of staff got my 2 year old a drink and some paper and a pen to keep her busy when she was having a meltdown in store when I was trying to sort out my order

Stuart, from the Talbot Green branch, was brilliant from start to finish. He had an excellent product knowledge, wasn’t a high pressure salesmen and really took the time to allow us to make a well informed decision. He was funny and friendly, and really helpful with all of our questions, and helpfully took us through finance options available to us. Made the shopping experience fun!

The colleague (Cristopher) was absolutely fantastic! Took care of us from start to finish. He was very friendly and had fantastic knowledge of the products which led to us finding the perfect mattress. He was very proffessional and adhered to social distancing measures excellently. He even stayed with us past closing time to allow us to complete our order form, very happy with his service!

Great customer service.

The young man listened to what I wanted, explained how the "bed tester" worked and then stepped back in consideration. Showed me a number of mattresses in my price range and pillows and didnt pressure or rush me. Very helpful all round.

Staff very well informed, very helpful and courteous. Kept to social distances and were able to be hear clearly. Very happy with the information given about the different types of bed available for my sleeping patterns. Did not feel pressured into buying albeit the sale was ending the following day. Overall a really good visit.
