The customer care at Dreams in Talbot Green was excellent. The assistant was extremely helpful showing us a number of mattresses that she felt would be suitable after I explained what we were looking for. We were advised to take our time before choosing the correct mattress for us, we were even offered tea and coffee. I felt this was a nice homely touch and would recommend Dreams to all family and Friends. Amy should be commended for her excellent commitment and advice to customers.

We were greeted by Lynne in a friendly manner. She asked us our wants and needs and helped us from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she showed us a wide variety of products. Not once did we feel pressured into buying and gave us plenty of time to make our decisions. I would return to the store again for future need and would highly recommend dreams in Llantrisant to family and friends. 5* service.

Amazing help for myself and other half the store manager Lynn from Talbot green branch was amazing as I'm very hard to please but she made everything so much easier. Amazing help felt so welcome. Would recommend anyone time pay her a visit

The staff members could not have been more helpful than they were. There was no pressure to buy, we were given good advice and time to make up our minds.

Chris was our sales man at dreams and was extremely friendly and helpful. We have had a really bad two years and he understood the reasons behind this. I would have like to have spent less but lets hope the bed is as good as they recommended in store only time will tell. Its taken us a long time to save for a lovelly bed
