Excellent service and advice from annamarie when deciding on the best items to purchase for my 95 year old grandmother who needed a comfortable bed , mattress and pillows

Staff made us very welcome, we were asked would we like a cup of tea or coffee very friendly and knowledgeable

We visited the Llantrisant store for a look at the mattresses as we've fallen out of love with our existing one and we came across the 'Tempur' mattress range. The assistant 'Rebecca' came over after a short while and informed us if we needed anything then, don't hesitate to ask etc. We quickly called Rebecca over and from start to finish her customer service was 'AMAZING'!! Rebecca sat on a bed next to us and asked why we thinking of getting a new mattress, what made us choose our existing mattress, and asked us how we're sleeping generally, so we had a good chat about all this and then Rebecca covered all the benefits of 'Investing' in a tempur mattress, as it can last a good 20 years etc. We had a little joke regarding the saying ' In life all you need is a good bed and a good pair of boots, because you're either in one or the other'!! We were offered tea & coffee and Rebecca even made a fuss of our little boy and kept him entertained throughout the visit! So in the end we spent over £2000 on a mattress (Which I've never done before!) and we both said after, we've never had better service anywhere, we laughed the whole time we were there and will definitely recommend that store!

The layout & cleanliness of the store also made it very easy to find what we were looking for& a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend this store to anyone we know. Many thanks.

The level of Customer Service was just right. Time to look around and see what was available then when we had decided an Assistant to explain the tech side and other info we required.
