Annmarie spent a lot of time talking to us about the different mattresses and bases (on two separate occasions). She was knowledgeable and thorough but did not press us into making a decision. She was also patient.

Lynne could not have been more helpful. She explained the different types of mattress, gave us time to take in all she said, and we were also offered coffee, which was very nice. You could tell she was very happy to spend as much time with us as was needed and, at no time, did we feel pressured into buying. It was a very comfortable experience.

Amy the lady at your Llantrisant Branch was highly experienced..extremely professional and pleasant without being pushy and a credit to your company. A very enjoyable experience.

The staff were very helpful but did not pester us. But when help was needed they were there to give it. I hate persistent sales persons if anything it puts me of buying anything. So I was pleased with the staff at this perticular store

I was dreading choosing a new mattress to replace mine of 27 years. And with a bad back, I thought the assistants would not understand my needs. However, AnneMarie made it easy for me, empathising with my back problem and explaining the various types of suitable mattress. We soon found the most suitable and comfortable one and the paperwork took no time at all to complete. She really made it a pleasant experience.
