Chris was incredibly patient and listened to what I wanted!! He had great knowledge of all the products available. I did not feel rushed or pressurised into buying ( in fact it was my 2nd visit back to the store when I purchased)

The colleague at your Llantrisant store Ann Marie was very helpful. She could see that I was having trouble deciding what I need. So she priced a few different options for me and helped me make my decision alot easier. Also when placing the order her customer service was great. Taking time to explain everything to me.

I was pleased with the look and feel of the bed and mattress. The sales assistants were very friendly and even made a cup of tea for my wife and I. They explained everything clearly and in a genuinely friendly manner.

Chris was very friendly and very welcoming. Willing to show me all the stock for the budget I had, Evan looking to find extra deals for me. Very pleased with his service and overall very happy. Will return again.
