Gentleman assistant sold me exactly what I was looking for

Seen to straight away by very friendly staff named Mike he knew what he was talking about and had a very pleasant attitude, there was no pressure and I had plenty of choice without pressure to buy.

On our visit to Dreams when we walked into the store we instantly greeted and welcomed. After looking around for a short period we where approached by a lovely lady named Lynne who offered us refreshments and asked what we were looking for. Lynne was exceptional and extremely patient with us, as I suffer from anxiety and can become stressed very easily. After asking what exactly we were looking for she then proceeded to show us the mattresses and bed frames in which we thought we wanted. Lynne then went onto show us some alternative options ensuring that we had seen the full range and options. She went above and beyond as she even measured the depth and height of the bed frames and the mattresses as height was a very important factor for me. Lynne made the time to get to know me and my partner and did not make us feel rushed or overwhelmed and she made us feel like she had all the time in the world for us. Me and my partner got the impression that she truly did to everything to try and get the best price for us and we walked away with an exceptional deal with the bed and mattress that suits our needs and wants perfectly. I was expecting "the hard sell" which would have put me off. I was pleasantly surprised, however, to find that Lynne and her colleague were genuinely concerned that I would find exactly what I needed - and were pleased to give me plenty of time to wander around the store. Because of this opportunity to make an informed decision, without any hassle, I returned the next day and bought a bed and mattress after again taking advantage of their help and expertise. Buying a bed can be an expensive business and Lynne understood this. I was very grateful for her time and patience .

I was most impressed by the staff member Lynne, who is the manager of the store. Lynne really listened to my needs. I have terrible back and neck skeletal problems and she was very patient with me. I am quite indecisive but I never once felt rushed. I have already recommended her and the store to friends and I will definitely return there when I need anything.

The sales persons were outstanding, they took time to go through every product with us, they even brought products from the store room out for us to try. They had patience with us, made us coffee, offered us plenty of time to think through things and make decisions. It took three hours at the store to come to a decision and during this time they were constantly on hand to help and make phone calls to a manager to get the best deal for us. We could not be more satisfied with the sales guys, they were awesome, Chris was the main sales person but the female colleague also helped out and they were both brilliant and we would like to thank them a lot.

We Found Amy very Helpful and attentive She explained everything we needed to know and also told us all about the offers Amy offered us Tea and coffee and was very pleasant we left your store very Happy with The service we recieved Thank You Amy We Will Not Hesitate to use your store again and will Highly recommend You To Others.

The assistant, Amy, was friendly and helpful. We were welcomed in the store and assistance was offered almost straight away. Amy understood our needs and gave us her time even though it was the near the end of the day. There were lots of mattresses to choose from and the colour coded pillows were a great idea.
