Dreams - Llantrisant

I visited the Llantrisant store and was attended to by Chris. He was very knowledgeable and gave very good advice on which we made our purchase. He asked about our sleeping habits and positions etc. together with any particular ailments that might be sleep related. He went out of his way to make sure we had good flexibility for delivery times and dates so that it fit into our availability. There was a good range of products and ancillary goods. Overall Chris was very helpful.

Having purchased from dreams before on our king sized bed we were more than happy with the quality and price of your products and as back then the staff were very friendly knowledgeable and helpful so much so we have returned to purchase 2 new double beds and know we have no worries about quality or standard of the items once again staff brilliant nothing was to much trouble and outgoing as well a positive asset to your company

Chris, the sales assistant was fantastic very knowledgable and wasn't too pushy! He gave us the information needed and left us to it to discuss together before asking how we were doing. We were given a fantastic offer and the completion of ordering our products was easy and it was of ease to feel comfortable and confident in buying with him!

The sales person was polite and friendly as soon as we entered the store. He knew when to give us information of which he was very knowledgable and when to leave us alone to browse. Very professional. We were offered a drink of our choice on more than one occasion in case we changed our mind. I made a purchase and the payment and delivery day was sorted quite promptly. Overall the experience was positive and I would be happy to go there again.

Member of staff was extremely friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he spent time providing me with information to enable me to purchase a mattress that will best suit my needs. It was a pleasure doing business with him and he is a credit to your company.

Excellent service and knowledge by staff

AMY was very helpful soon has we walked she asked if she could help we explained what we wanted and straight away she showed us .We weren't fused so amy went to the PC and showed us the one we bought .THEN AMY showed us the mattress and we wanted memory foam topper and took us straight to a couple .We were encourage to try

We liked the overall availability of mattress stock, the attitude of the staff and finally the delivery arrived to stated time

The customer service I received was exceptional. I have been looking for a bed for a few weeks and had done some research before entering yr store . I was greeted by Lynne who understood my requirements and was extremely helpful and professional . I felt no pressure to purchase and every question I asked I was given excellent product knowledge and guaranteed assurance in the bed I was buying.
