The sales assistant Christopher was extremely helpful and prepared to spend plenty of time with is in appreciating our needs and options. We even had a cup of coffee and spent well over an hour with him.

We were given plenty of advice and guidance on the various types of mattress, and the benefits of each type. We were given time to ponder and discuss, without feeling pressured by staff.
