Dreams - Llantrisant

We came into the store following us finding a bed we liked online and learning about the sake, but I wanted to see it first. When we walked in Jonathan asked what we were looking for and we showed him a picture of the bed on our phone. He knew where it was straight away and took us over, he also showed us a selection of similar beds. He then asked what type of mattress we would want, and when I said soft he pointed out all the soft mattresses for us. I didn't even think of pillows until he mentioned it, and we got a really good deal on the most comfortable pillows! We also made great savings on the duvet he pointed out too!

Everything was quick and easy. The colleague was informative and helpful

The sales person (Michael) was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He was not pushy. Was able to answer all questions that were put to him. both of the sales people at the store at that time were great but it was Michael who was free at the time who did the sales. When I get that type of help and professionalism I do make recommendation to other people, e.g. friends, colleagues etc.

Ordering my bed was very easy and straight forward and the assistant was great explaing everything I needed to know about the different mattress and bed that were available I was very happy with the overall service that I received .

We were highly satisfied with our experience in our local Dreams Store in which we were served by Chris. It was a welcoming environment in which we were offered coffee/tea and as much help and advice as we required! In comparison to other bed stores we chose to go with Dreams because of the friendly staff, helpful advice and fantastic and reasonable prices. We are very excited to receive our new bed and will be making future purchases with this company for the other rooms in our house!

selecting a good mattress can be stressful but I felt the staff gave us space,time and a good amount of help and advice
