Our experience at Dreams was excellent. The sales person Jonathan, was really helpful and friendly without being pushy. We were offered tea whilst we looked around and felt very at ease explaining our requirements to Jonathan. I would shop at the store again and I would recommend Dreams to friends and family. Chris who served us was available to us throughout but he was not pushy and allowed us to enjoy looking around without pressure. He was very helpful in assessing our needs and he was extremely patient with my 14 year old son who had a lot of questions. I will be purchasing an additional 2 beds over the next 3 months and will do so in store hopefully with Chris rather than online, this was all down to the customer service I received.

Having already visited a competitors store the day before, there was no comparison. Chris in the llantrisant store was excellent. He gave us very good advice and the whole process was simple and we ended up with the exact products we wanted.

On entering Dreams we were asked if we required help a seat and cup of coffee. As we gave assistant Details we were shown the beds available. Store knew what we were after and purchase was made. As delivery was a problem to us, we were able to collect from stock in store. This solved our problem. Very pleased with our visit.
