Very Impressed with Mike, Knowledge and clear explanation of the store layout.

We were very satisfied with the service we received, the salesmen were very friendly we were surprised to be offered a drink ,(you don't get that in many places). Our salesman was called Mike, I was impressed at his knowledge of the beds and he was very good at offering us products that we needed but hadn't thought of. Also he offered us a proper pillow to try out the beds (again didn't think of that!). Overall very happy.

Excellent service. The assistant knew the products and the finance options on offer. Friendly and supportive without being overly pushy. Spot-on and friendly, professional service! We never felt rushed and able to make our minds up in good time. We were even offered refreshments during the purchase.

I was interested in looking at ottoman bed frames and headboards. I was allowed time to have a look around before being gently approached for assistance by Mike. This isn't something I'm used to experiencing at other Dreams stores, where sales paersons are 'in for the kill'. Mike had superb product knowledge, explained current offers and showed me options to save me money whilst ensuring I had the product I was wanting. Not only did Mike provide information as I needed it, he also allowed me time to ponder over my thoughts by discreetly walking away and returning when he obviously anticipated I needed more information. It is the best service I have EVER received from a sales person in any store!! The ordering process was exceptionally easy, Mike showed me each item and explained everything with clarity. I never felt pressure to purchase any additional services, however they were explained clearly and I did indeed chose additional cover and bed set-up at delivery.
