From walking in to the Talbot Green store we were given time to browse when we decided which bed we were helped by Chris to select the perfect mattress for the bed.

Advice was given on the difference between the range of prodcuts, including the differences in price range. We were left to try matresses at our own pace and had time to discuss and make decissions without interuption or pressure from staff. Our kids were entertained by staff, giving us chance to concentrate on what we were looking for.

We were particularly impressed at Mike who works at the Llantrisant Dreams outlet - very knowledgeable and personable. The whole team made us feel very welcome with our three Young children.

From the moment we entered the store we knew we would be looked after. Mike your salesman was first class and even had an assistant make us a cup of tea. Every bed is laid out so you can wander around easily. In fact this was our second visit to the store this year as Mike sold us a bed in September. The bed we bought this time was for my brother.

We visited Llantrisant store and the salesman Mike was there straightaway to assist us. He was very friendly, polite with great knowledge of the products Dreams offered. We knew the style of bed and mattress we wanted and Mike gave us all the product information we needed to know thoroughly. Mike helped us choose a suitable bed for our new home. It took no time to complete the purchase. He really made our purchase easy and stress free. The bed was delivered in less than 10 days. On the day of delivery, Dreams rang in the morning and gave us a two hour slot and on arrival, Darius was very polite and courteous, assembled the bed within 1 hour with great care and took all the packaging away. We will definitely return to Dreams in the future and highly recommend Dreams beds and mattresses to all our friends and family.
