I went instore to buy a mattress found on the website. The assistant made sure my choice was right for me and the whole process was done in no time at all.

After being welcomed, we were asked if we had visited the store before, and then what we were interested in. When told, the staff informed us of where to look, the reasoning for the layout and if we wanted any further assistance to ask. We were then left to look through the different products and when we asked for further information, they took the time and trouble to explain in more detail.

The store had what I wanted,delivery available in a reasonable time, the customer service was excellent

This was the 2nd time we visited the store as 2 days prior to this visit we ran out of time and needed to get back to work. We were so impressed with the colleagues assistance and knowledge of the products we returned 2 days later. As soon as we walked into the shop we were greeted as they remembered us from our previous visit and were offered assistance. We were also offered a cup of tea or coffee. The colleague we dealt with had extensive knowledge of the products and even made us try out different mattresses to make sure that we were happy with what we were purchasing and so that we could see the difference between the different types. The colleague went above and beyond what I would say was his job description and we would not hesitate about going back and dealing with him again. No question or request was too much for him and he was really helpful in all aspects of our purchase. We would definitely recommend to friends/family and visit the store again. He is an asset to the company.
