Very friendly politeand helpful staff

We were greeted when we entered the store and thenleft to look around the store at our own pace, approach by a lovely member of staff who talked us through the difference mattress ranges in stock made us feel very at ease, offer d us both a drink while we looked around. We had been to several of your competitors that day and the price and service we received made your store perfect for us. Everyone was explained to us in detail, different promotions, extended warranties etc and I left over the moon with my product.

Great service, with no pressure to buy

sales staff were very helpful,not pushy in any way, took plenty of time to explain the product .very easy to understand and options to ensure customer satisfaction.

Mike was a perfect assistant he came and asked what we were looking for, explained the colour system in the store and left us to look at mattresses. He offered us a tea or coffee I asked for water and was brought a nice glass of cold water. I felt that we were expected to take our time and there was no pressure. Mike was attentive but never intrusive - when we had further questions about particular products he was available gave the information clearly and then left us again to discuss or look further. This continued until we made our choice he then took time to explain the payment options and explain the delivery time. Very friendly and patient assisstant

This is the first time I have bought a mattress from Dreams and I was very pleased with the service they provided. Assistants were helpful and pleasant . We were very happy with the price and quality of the mattress we chose which was in the half price sale .

Had a fab experience were very friendly and understanding stand had more than enough time for us. Very impressed 👍🏻

Mike was very understanding of my needs and left me trying all the beds at my leisure but there as soon as I had a query very knowledgeable of the products
