Mike (sales advisor) from Llantrisant was very informative & not to pushy, he knew Everything about all the beds we were looking at. We purchased 4 beds in total & nothing was a problem to him, he was very friendly & would highly recommend him.

The sales assistant Mike at the Talbot Green store was very friendly. We were very concerned about purchasing the correct product as my husband suffers with lower back problems. He guided us around the store talking us through all the different products and encouraging my husband to try them out. He Wasn't in the slightest bit 'pushy' and we felt comfortable in his company. He was also very knowledgable about the products he was selling. Were offered tea and coffee also. I would definitely recommend friends and family to purchase from this store and we will revisit in the future.

The staff member Chris greeted me as I walked though the door. He was very friendly and happy to help. He took me through the store showing me different styles of the type of bed I asked for and explained each a every one of them. He asked if I wanted a drink while I was looking around and then sat me down and explained everything about the bed I chose. He went through all the different types of cover I could have and went through the delivery days and times with me. Chris was very polite and patient and I would happily go to store again.

The assistant was very helpful and understanding, I was also offered a coffee of tea or coffee while looking around which I was very grateful of after my long day 😃

Highly satisfied with the service I was given on entering the shop. Mike was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was only browsing and getting ideas really, and he gave me the confidence to make my purchases. Thank you Mike you are a outstanding sales person and you do Dreams proud.

I was really satisfied with how friendly everyone was, as soon as I walked In the store they greeted me with a friendly hello & a smile. The sale Peron Mike was extremely knowledgeable & was very patient with me. And suggesting other options for my bedroom furniture because I didn't know if it would fit where I wanted it to go. In the end I had what I wanted & all will fit perfectly.

The knowledge and the courteous Ness of the staff was excellent.

The help and the knowledge of staff was 1st rate. The length of time spent explaining and re-explaining about the products was extremely helpful in our purchase of dreams products. The 3 for 2 deal made this purchase for me.
