Dreams - Llantrisant

I visited Dreams in Llantrisant after having a nightmare in a store closer to myself. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a lovely lady and gentleman. They were so helpful and spent a long time helping me to sort out my bed and ordering it after I was told in another store it wouldn’t have been possible. Having working in an environment where I serve customers on a daily basis, I was so pleased to be served by such friendly and helpful people. I believe the ladies name was Jocelyn and then gentleman Chris / David. I can’t remember sorry!

Very efficient, friendly, knowledgable staff

Was asked what we wanted and then given directions as to what would be most suitable for us. Offered tea and coffee. Very quick purchase and sale. All promotions offered to us at the time which we also took advantage of. Thank you.

We wondered around the store and said Ill ask that lady for some advice she heard us and was over to help straight away. A vey knowledgeable member of staff and was pleased to assistant. Very helpful member

I went into my local Dreams store looking to purchase a new mattress. I'e never purchased a mattress before, so had no idea what I was looking for. Your assistant Jocelyn kindly explained all the different types of mattresses available and showed me a number of mattresses within my price range. She offered me a pillow and advised to take my time going around the store trying all the different ones until I found one I like. She was very polite and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase. Jocelyn explained all the purchase details from delivery date, price and collection of my old mattress, as well as offered me a free mattress protector for taking out an extended warranty. Couldn't fault the service I received.

The sales person smiled when we entered the store asked if he could help ,when we said yes he very kindly asked if we would like refreshments. He was very helpful showing the full range of products, the we made our decision he took us back to the desk explained every thing to us, we only required a mattress but left feeling very pleased with courtesies shown to us and look forward to the delivery on the 19th thank you Dreams for your excellent service

From the time we entered the store, we were acknowledged straight away, Mike the store assistant was very knowledgeable and helped my mum with the choice she had made.

chris was very helpful from the time we went into the shop showing us all we wanted to see and more left us alone to decide no hard sales pressure.
