Understanding what i was looking for in a mattress

From the minute we entered the store we were met with the offer of a drink and a seat. Michael then proceeded to ask what bed we were interested in. He showed us all of the beds that suited our requirements and explained the differences between them in language we could relate to. No sales jargon! He spent more than an hour helping us while we walked around the store but was not at all pushy and helped us understand what it was that we really wanted /needed from a new bed. Having spent some time with Michael it became very obvious that he knew exactly what he was talking about and that made us feel very comfortable about spending a lot of money. In his very capable hands we decided to go ahead and purchase a new bed and mattress which we are sure will meet all our requirements.

Your representative Up was very friendly but not pushy when she approached us.We were directed to the type of mattress we wanted and given an in-depth explanation of the merits of what we needed. All in all a worthwhile experience

Came in two weeks back with family and tried out a number of beds and mattresses. Chris provided lots of options, answered every question we had and made recommendations as appropriate. Did not pressure us into buying ( which we couldn't on that day anyway) which was good. When returned to the store two weeks later, he remembered me and placed the order as quickly as possible without fuss. Offered a drink and made to feel comfortable - again, no pressure. Also offered duvet and topper as options which I took up as the deal was good.

easy to shop & no problems trying out the mattress. Also not pestered by the sales person.

I was made to feel very welcome by the staff at Talbot Green dreams. Michael was the staff member who served me and he was very professional in advising me in choosing the right mattress. My wife and I are very happy with our new mattress and we are having the best sleep ever.

The staff at the store were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient giving us time to decide which item to pick without rushing us to place an order. They also made sure that we had everything we wanted and explained the terms and conditions to us in plain and simple speak.

Lovely friendly staff. Jo was very knowledgeable about the beds they had to offer and was very patient whilst we made our decision on which bed to go for. Would recommend to anyone.
