The reason I placed Highly Satisfied with my experience was down to the professionalism of Jolene the kind lady that tended to our needs. However I am unable to answer your question regarding Quality of the Product is because to date it had not been delivered.

Christopher was very professional, I felt really valued as soon as I walked in with my family. My son was running riots around the store and both Chris and his colleague kept him occupied for us to choose our bed and mattress which went a long way. The service was the best I've received when purchasing furniture and the little touches were lovely, giving my son a book, allowing him to try the beds, offering us water and just understanding our general requirements. I went in looking and thinking we could price it up and come out having purchased the bed frame, headboard and mattress.....if it was online I never would have paid so much for a bed if I'm being completely honest, but taking everything into account, I'm so glad we have! I cant wait for our delivery! Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

Chris was excellent in helping us with our choice of buying a new bed. He explained the different types of beds & mattresses & helped us choose the best option for what we required. He was very patient in dealing with us and helped Greatly with our final decision. Very sound advise that made the difference to our purchase.
