Adam, at the Dunfermline store was extremely helpful and helped us chose the best deal. He stayed beyond closing time and talked us through our options rather than rescheduling .. very impressed.

Was served by Sean in Dunfermline store I was looking for a headboard. The one I liked was a complete frame top and bottom he went and checked told me it can cone separately and can get headboard separately. Very impressed with the service from him.

Sean at the Dunfermline store looked after us very well,was very knowledgable and gave us plenty of time to try each type of Tempur bed. Offered us coffee and was very friendly.

Shop assistant knowledgeable & friendly

Sean was incredibly helpful, not only offering my wife and I a cup of tea, but producing "proper" pillows when trying out the mattress.

The store was very clean and well laid out. The beds were easy to see and there was lots of room around each one.

Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses I was interested in. And helped me decide which one would suit. Very helpful and polite young man.

From the moment we entered the store the staff member was attentive but not pushy. He was knowledgeable about the matresses and gave good suggestions about what to try.
